1. EU Right of Withdrawal

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return
- You must return the item within 14 days of contacting us
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Sealed items that have been opened after delivery (for hygiene/health reasons)
3. Return Process

- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
4. Refund Timeline

5. Return Shipping Costs
